About the Organizer: I have been married for 20 years, have 2 amazing children and am a life-long resident of Riverside. I am an active community member and have served on the Highland Elementary PTA Board for 12 years, the North High School Booster Board for The Blue Star Regiment, and I am an active member of the St. Andrews Newman Center as a 6th Grade Religious Education Teacher. I strongly believe in giving back to my community and believe it is one of the greatest gifts of having my own business. I had an 18-year career in Retail, culminating in my position as Regional Training Manager for The Broadway Dept. Stores. My regional position in Human Resources allowed me to develop a unique perspective in people and management styles, public relations, professional development and filing and paper systems for large employee bases in different and specialized locations. Leaving my demanding corporate career was a decision to simplify my life in order to focus on my husband and children, and leaves me uniquely qualified to work with busy moms and dads, at home or in the business world, who are looking for ways to to simplify their lives. I believe that creating efficient and peaceful homes and work spaces allows for your true passions to thrive and success to grow, as well as giving you the time to focus on the people and things you love. With my unique corporate background, I can go into any office, in any profession and help you streamline your systems and do your job more effectively! Another natural progression for my business came by helping older family members and friends stay in their homes, downsize from their homes and clean out homes after someone has passed away. This process takes patience and understanding in allowing each person or family member to feel in control of decisions, maintain independence, process grief and gently ease them away from the amount of stuff that has accumulated. I also act in a Personal Assistant capacity processing mail, bill paying, running errands and generally giving regular support in managing households that now might overwhelm someone but they are not ready to leave. I have been in business for 5
years and consider working with my clients an honor. I will take the time to
talk with you, listen to your needs, educate you and provide you with the
resources, systems and services that you need in order to maintain your
homes, offices or lives long after I leave! I am also available for
regular support on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly
tune-up basis.
